What we need from you.

A pile of receipts, invoices and statements
Send it however you have it. Sorting it is our job.
  • Bank and card statements

Or access to your bank feed, so the lines arrive on their own.

  • Your sales

Invoices you send, till takings or online platform payouts.

  • Bills and receipts

Everything you buy for the business. A photo on your phone is fine.

  • Payroll details

Only if you have staff: pay, hours and anyone joining or leaving.

  • Loans and big purchases

Finance agreements, vans, equipment and anything bought on credit.

  • VAT details

If you are VAT registered: your VAT number and your last return.

Every transaction checked as the quarter goes

If you are VAT registered, we focus on the transactions through the quarter so nothing is missed, and there is far less to reconcile when the VAT return is due.

Bookkeeping, answered.

Yes, and it is the most common starting point. We rebuild from bank statements, then keep it tidy from there. Catch up work is quoted as a one off before we begin.

Only if Making Tax Digital applies to you. If it does, we set the software up and file through it. If not, a spreadsheet or a folder of receipts is fine.

Once we are set up, most clients spend under twenty minutes a month: forwarding the odd receipt and answering two or three questions by email or WhatsApp.

However suits you: forward them by email, snap a photo on your phone, share a spreadsheet or connect a bank feed to your software. Paper is fine too.

Every bank and card account reconciled, sales and purchases posted, receipts captured and kept, and a one page summary each month. VAT returns, payroll and the year end accounts each have their own fixed fee, all listed on the fees page.

Yes. We pick up from wherever your last set of records ends. No need to wait for a year end and no charge for the handover.
